How to Feng Shui Your Way to a Faster Home Sale

When people think of using Feng Shui principles to sell a house, they often imagine changing the home’s curb appeal, doing space clearing and de-cluttering personal items.

However, that is not how most “Feng Shui Expert” would approach selling a house.

The 3 quick process:

Step 1 Identify the Right Condition, Price, and Agent.

  • Use Qi Men Dun Jia Forecasting to determine the best listing price and agent for the property. This method helps identify potential issues with the property and the price point, ensuring a smoother selling process.
  • Ensure the property is priced to attract potential buyers at the highest possible Value to the seller at the best time. Fast Sales.
  • From the chart use at the example we are able to conclude the listing price is 10M but the buyer has a 8M Budget. In this case, the owner refuses to use an agent. Thinking it won’t help. The chart also says into boxes that the reader will not be able to change the sellers mind so just gloss over the details and focus on their good luck.

Step 2 Find a Good Date to Relist and market the Property.

  • Use Qi Men Dun Jia Date Selection to select a date for relisting the property or promoting it on social media. This can include placing for sale signs on the property or near the location to increase visibility.
  • For best results ask the agent to call other agents in the area telling them the update price and condition of the property. Easy Inquires.
  • If you are selling it yourself be as active as you can to promote the listing in the 2 Hour* selected time frame.
A good Date

Step 3 Prepare the Property and activate the property.

  • On the selected Good Date, the seller is required to activate the house that is for sales with a “bronze horse 驿马”, the size doesn’t matter much as long as it has 4 legs and is active looking, my prefer style is one that has only two legs down and the rest of the body is jumping up.
  • It is best to put the horse in the hallway pointing to the front door. Never put it inwards to the center of the house.

It may sound very easy for the client but it does require skill and experience. I’ve tried to do this method with just the simple San He 三合 3 allies combination from the Chinese calendar, without date selection or forecasting. It works, sort of work but I prefer doing with Qi Men Dun Jia Date selection method for clients.

The conditions required:

  • Price the house at or below the current market price.* The key is to work with a good pricing strategy. This will give you an edge in most situations and the rest is up to Luck.
  • The seller needs to have sold property before, if not the listing price should not exceed 5–10 years of the seller earning. If these two conditions are not met, we call this an improbable occurrence. Not the normal lucky event. So it is harder and require a larger amount of Luck.
  • Make changes so the house is ready to sell. Small fixes and space clearing need to be taken care before the listing. This is the step that most people think we need to do to Feng Shui a house to sell. However if the chart doesn’t require it, then its a skip-able step. But if you want a list read “Small Feng Shui to help your house attract new Qi”.
  • My default suggestion on space clearing is to have boxes for personal sentimental items to put in storage, just to remove personal attachment.

Of-course, there is a more complicated Feng Shui method for cases that don’t fit these conditions, like activating Indirect Qi at the front door, or activating the home owner money luck or for Thai people our selected method is to prey to the govening local land diety.

However all these steps will require more work.

Who is this for:

  • Clients who have exhausted all marketing tactics* yet unable to sell within the expected 6 month.
  • Any 1–2 months listing with no interest, no calls to inquire. Just Stagnation*.
  • Those who need to sell quickly* due to circumstances such as moving abroad, changing jobs, or recovering from a messy divorce.
  • Individuals facing financial pressure*, those that the risk is too high to not try everything possible.
  • Investors and entrepreneurs pushing sales to controll their cashflow and scope down their inventory.

Yi Logic:

The main reason, this is effective because we are using Heavenly luck through a good date. If we us the hour chart then we can expect to see results in 7–15 days.

What will happen if we do the 3 steps right?

The phone will keep ringing and within 7days a very interested buyer will appear or in very lucky cases a bidding war will open up between many interested parties. If you are unsure look up Qi Men Dun Jia Date Selection.

What happens when we do it wrong?

We try again in combination with a more complex method. The key to correcting one mistake is to watch out for the selected Qi Men “phenomenal”, for example birds flying past after placing the for sale sign.

Please note that in Qi Men there is over 100 commonly use phenomenal and it is used mostly to confirm the auspiciousness of the selected date.

Can I do this Feng Shui Activation myself?

Yes. Go for it as long as you have basic knowledge of Qi Men Dun Jia or a good date selection system.

However take note that quick sales really depends on the quality of luck you are starting with, properties with good Feng Shui won’t need this type of services as the house will sell it self.

If its not working go back to the forecasting process and make adjustments to you strategy.
